Member Spotlight: Lisa Krouse

CEO, First Tee Sarasota/Manatee

We're proud to celebrate our IWF Sister and Board Member, Lisa Krouse, who has been named Chief Executive Officer of First Tee Sarasota/Manatee--a nonprofit youth development organization dedicated to empowering young people through the game of golf.

First Tee provides affordable and accessible junior golf programs throughout the region, introducing the sport to youth who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play. Beyond golf, First Tee focuses on building character, confidence, and leadership skills that translate far beyond the course--helping young participants succeed in school, relationships, and future careers.

A longtime leader in the Sarasota-Manatee region, Lisa previously held senior executive roles at FCCI Insurance Group and later served as President and CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County. Her appointment to lead First Tee reflects not only her proven leadership and commitment to developing talent, but also her deep passion for mentoring the next generation.

In announcing her new role, Lisa shared, "There's a perfect alignment with my passion for building talent for our future and First Tee's golf-based character programs, which naturally build life and leadership skills that empower our future leaders in all areas of life."
