Join us at Asolo Rep for a performance of COME FROM AWAY, the hit musical that will open the theatre's 2025-26 season. Directed by Asolo Rep's Producting Artistic Director, Peter Rothstein, Come From Away tells the inspiring true story of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in the remote town of Gander, Newfoundland in the aftermath of September 11, 2001. As fear and uncertainty gripped the world, the people of Gander responded with open arms. Through music, humor, and heart this hit Broadway musical celebrates the power of human connection, and reminds us all that kindness can bring people together in the unlikeliest of times, and hope can arise in the unlikeliest places. 

 

We will start this extraordinary evening with dinner at the Ringling Grillroom at 5:00pm. Following dinner, we will walk across the street to attend Asolo Rep's production of Come From Away. Guests will arrive at the theatre at 6:30pm to enjoy wine or coffee and cookies on the mezzanine and hear from an Asolo Rep artistic team member. After a Q&A, guests will make their way into the theatre for the show, beginning at 7:30pm.

• Performance + Dinner & Discussion: Be part of the complete experience beginning with dinner at the Ringling Grille room, followed by a pre-show conversation with Asolo Rep's artistic team, and then the inspiring performance of Come From Away.

• Dinner Only: If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend the play, you are warmly invited to gather with your sisters for dinner at 5:00 PM. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect and enjoy time together.
