Join IWF Florida Suncoast for a special behind-the-scenes experience at the Roskamp Institute and an opportunity to explore the latest research and innovation shaping the future of brain health.

The afternoon will begin with light bites and cocktails, followed by Inside the Institute: Exploring the Future of Brain Health, a presentation highlighting the Institute's work and the development of the new Roskamp Center for Brain Health. Members will also have the opportunity to tour the Institute's research labs and see the new expansion currently underway.

As part of the program, members will learn about the Brain Reserve Index (BRI) and how research is being translated into practical tools designed to support long-term cognitive health.

The Brain Reserve Index is an evidence-based brain health assessment tool designed to help individuals better understand the lifestyle and health factors that support long-term cognitive health. The assessment incorporates scientific research across multiple domains, including medical history, physical activity, cognitive engagement, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors associated with cognitive resilience and healthy aging.

The BRI is planned as a subscription-based program with several levels of engagement. In addition to the online assessment experience, optional in-person services will be offered through the new Roskamp Center for Brain Health, including educational seminars, workshops, personalized consultations, and other programs designed to support individuals in implementing and maintaining brain-healthy lifestyle changes.

Please note that the Brain Reserve Index is intended as an educational and research tool and is not a medical diagnosis. Rather, it provides evidence-based insights that may help individuals make informed decisions about their brain health.
