Pauline Brown is a longtime leader in the luxury goods sector and a pioneer in the burgeoning field of Aesthetic Intelligence. She is the former Chairman of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton North America, where she oversaw a portfolio of 70 iconic brands across fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, wines & spirits, and specialty retail.

Before joining LVMH, Pauline was a Partner at The Carlyle Group, where she specialized in investments in premium consumer brands and served on the boards of several portfolio companies including Moncler and Philosophy. Prior to Carlyle, she led Strategy and New Business Development at The Estée Lauder Companies. She began her career as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company.

Since leaving the corporate world in 2016, Pauline has focused on teaching, writing, and advising clients through her firm, Aesthetic Intelligence Group. She has served on the faculties of both Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School and authored the bestselling book Aesthetic Intelligence (HarperCollins, 2019). She is also the creator and host of the radio show The Other A.I., which airs weekly on SiriusXM, America's largest audio entertainment company.

Pauline has served on several corporate boards, including Neiman Marcus Group and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
